The distinctive Sugar Beet Factory is visible for miles, its actually a mile or so outside Cupar
Cupar is a small town in the Kingdom of Fife, Scotland. It has a population of around 9000 people and is locally important in terms of economics, politics and education.
It is thought the town developed around the castle, with origins dating back to about the 1200's.
